Help! I cannot log in with my password!  No worries, we help you out! Follow the steps below

Step 1: Click on the "Recover password" option downstairs the log in screen.

Step 2: Fill in your mail address

Step 3: Check your mailbox and look for the mail from Black4White with as subject: "Password Recovery"

Step 4: Click on the given link in the e-mail and fill in your new password

Step 4: Go to the log in screen of B4W and fill in your new password:

Congratulations you have successfully recover your password and you are able to log in as you can see.
